Grow your business with People
All I asked for was employees and all they gave me was people
If you want to grow your business, a business with an individual character, you’re going to have to manage people. If you don’t learn how to find (and keep!) the right people and get them to do great work, your business will always struggle.
No matter what your business is or does, one thing is certain: People will always provide you with your greatest opportunities as well as your greatest challenges.
